Catalan and French RL in general need to start producing more pivitol players. Since Catalan came into SL how many quality halves, full backs, and centres have they produced?

Zero.

The key skill positions down the spine of the team have been filled by imports.

It's a big part of the reason that the objective of making the French national side more competitive hasn't been met.

Bit harsh on Thomas Bosc and Greg Mounis. seeing the likes of Pellissier and Barthau getting games aswell.

We have to remember there is only Les Catalans bringing these french players (in the main) in to SL, how many English clubs have produced their own Fullbacks, Halves, Loose, hooker? There are a few too many none-french players for them at the moment but they do have a very difficult job.

How many English clubs have an entire nation as their catchment area?

If Webb, Pryce and Dureau were all fit at the same time, Bosc wouldn't play. Pelissier hasn't been able to oust Ian Henderson from the starting line up.

All of them do.

IM not saying Catalans are excelling here, just that in relation to a lot of heartland clubs, they are doing ok. Id say discounting the overseas players, Les Catalans have given more SL debuts than most,

How many of the spine at Hudds, or even Wire, or Wakefield, or Salford were produced by those clubs?
