Be great to see many of you come to the unique day in RL that is the Capital Challenge. RL in the heart of the City of London on probably the most expensive pitch in the World. Caveman brewery will attend and serve up great real ale. 6 schools tag festival in the morning. Great sponsors including Society Generale, Irish Stock Exchange, IG Index, HANetf & Coinshares. Can I ask a potentially obvious question? Why do these events always take place on a week day? Every year I think 'oh this would be fun to go to' (living locally-ish), but then i find out its on a Friday. If this were on the weekend i'd hazard a guess that you'd get double the amount of people turning up. Is this event on a Friday in an attempt to draw in people from the city for a Friday afternoon off?

Yes, you’ve answered your own question. It’s a corporate/networking venture for sponsorships and partnerships. The rugby is just a bonus.
