Can't decide whether to be near the stadium and nearby pubs, or go straight to the Town Hall... or both...

This might seem like a daft question, but is the route blocked off from traffic. And will the roads re-pen as soon as the coach has passed.

The route is closed yeah and i think they open again once the bus reaches the town hall

Can anyone confirm the route being taken by the open top bus
