Has retired with immediate effect to take up a new career. Always gave his all but hasn't got the frame to make it as a regular Super League player. He would have been well down the pecking order with the Senior twins both promoted to the first team squad next season.

Was offered deals with Halifax and York but has decided to retire completely from the sport.

I wish him all the best in his new venture.

Shame he’s retiring altogether and couldn’t take a part time contract. Anyone know what his new chosen career is?

Good luck to him in whatever he does.

A lot of skill and bravery, but just lacking the physicality to bring it all together.

Yeah he was pretty dependable when he played, his debut vs Wigan was outstanding. Good to see players with a bit about them thinking for themselves in the long term

Seems a shame as I thought his debut showed we might have found a jewel.

hampered by injuries in his career, who knows what he could have done if he had a proper run in the side but every time just got injured.

will always rememeber that try on his debut against wigan!!
