Don't think so, just played in the tri-series thing against Tonga and Samoa which Rooney played in.

As someone else mentioned Darrell Griffin played against France and NZ while still with us and twice for Hudds. Wikipedia info is crap so got it from here-
http://www.englandrl.co.uk/statistics/player_records?search=Griffin&submit=Go&c=England

So he was the last who played a top tier side by the looks of it.

I dont think Griffin's was a full trst was it?
It was the game where they played in the old shirts as an anniversary of the first tour.
Can't remember for sure.

I honestly can't remember PT. I thought I had some memory of him being picked for England while with us but Wikipedia didn't give me any info so I found that England RL source and presumed it would be correct.

It seems long story short among the different England sides etc, Ellis was the last player that had full GB caps against the big boys for Trinity.

Good post, just about sums it up for me. Prop is a tricky one for Chester as i thought Hirst went very well at KR as well, although he did show he still has the odd simple error in him which needs ironing out. If Chester can successfully implement Pauli into the second row as he wants to then that is a scary thought of a big forward pack. No doubt our strength in depth will come in useful as the season goes on.

Obviously watched the game on TV... Hirst will not feature in our season very much imo purely due to the other options being leagues above him in ability.

It is "Fifita" not "Fafita"

If you don't know the difference between "there", "their" and "they're" I might get annoyed.

I thought that Atkins and Fox played in an international match in 2009 (13th June 2009?) against France. It was a match which was televised straight after our home match against FC was televised. I remember sitting on the pitch for a while watching the game which England ran away with.

Yes it was, confirmed here http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/rugby_l ... 093909.stm It says Fox is a Hull KR player but I thought he was back with us by then (the BBC are known for getting their facts wrong when it comes to RL).

On this occasion the BBC are correct. Fox didn't come back till 2012.
