In the land of wishful thinking once more. Patiently waiting for our time to finally arrive.

I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.

Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.

I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

A man who lives in hell can still aspire to heaven.

Great period for Rovers. They'll get a trophy in the next 12/24 months

Rovers increasingly remind me of ourselves in 2016, a growing feeling of something major brewing as the year progresses, just like we did that year.

I'm still not wholly convinced they have enough squad depth to finish in the top two, and winning the Grand Final from third or lower is difficult as it takes an away win to reach Old Trafford.
I have a nagging feeling they will go back to Wembley and this time go one step further, again mirroring ourselves in 2016.

Either way, if I was their supporters I would be excited about what may possibly unfold for them over the coming months. Let's face it, for all their supporters under the age of 50 this is new territory for them!!

Never watch Dobbins but fair play there doing well. Still think Wigan will turn them over in the CC .

We really are handicapped by having no strike in the back row and centres

said that at the beginning of the season.
It was obvious to most about the second row but many said Sutcliffe was a good centre.
Think we can all see now he is bang average and a wingers nightmare.
We dont have a decent centre at the club

It’s only the month of May.
Kr will burn out.
My apologies to the resident dobbins on here but they will.

No need to apologise. The last 18 GFs have been won by Leeds (7), Saints (6) and Wigan (5). That’s structural.

You never know… but equally, at this point, you kinda do. There’s still sometimes fun and interest to be had on the path to the same seemingly inevitable conclusion.

Rovers will be better next season with jwh and Davies in there. Unfortunately it won't be lo g before they break the near 40 year trophy drought
