An awesome boiled sweet with a variety of flavours that send me into spasms of excitement with each taste.

However, someone has taken one out of the bag, removed the sweet from the wrapper and placed the empty wrapper back in the bag.

What are your thoughts on this sort of behaviour and if the person responsible is caught what punishment would be suitable?
