I doubt they'd want a fee, they're the ones wanting out of the contract.

The trick with good photography is to pick your angles to frame your subject matter, often to accompany a story. That was actually Weyman herding his sheep (out of shot, naturally). No longer a rumour, and to rub salt in his border collie is a black & white.
