His fitness this year, will go along way to the sort of wedge his agent can get from us/others for his next deal.

Supposedly Wigan are willing to offer a nice wedge and 2 of their young players on loan for the rest of the season, if this turns out to be true who will the young uns be

It doesn't matter who they are because if we even consider letting such a pivotal player as Campese go to Wigan or anywhere else for that matter, then we will really struggle imo and it could possibly be the difference between top eight and fighting relegation.
In my opinion, if we are ever to move forward as a club then at some point we have to start retaining these type of quality players, build around them and stop this conveyor belt of good players going to other clubs every year to exhibit their skills, otherwise we are just going to go around in circles or worse... fall of the cliff completely. :FRUSRATED:

There's no way that Wigan would risk signing Campese mid season as it would take him a full off season to learn all the cannonball tackles and dirty tactics that they employ under that fat ape

Why can't Wigan do their research and find their own overseas half backs?

Not fishing, just a rumour that has surfaced a couple of times, i believe others have mentioned it on various Wigan sites.

I can find no other mention of it on the Wigan forum. Like I said, fishing expedition.
