Not sure if I'm been too premature but I think this team has the potential to be the best Rovers side from the last 30 years. We've not had alot to shout about but if we can bring in one or two quality front rowers then I think this season can be very special, As a team we are still gelling which makes nights like yesterday even more special.

I think once we settled down and stop trying to score off every play and start strangling teams instead of giving them chances we could have a very special team

You have some decent players and plenty of pace but your squad isn;t one of the top 4 in the comp as it stands. When shillington gets here it will be getting there though

We may do alright, but will probably sell our top players come end of the season. Always claim to be a club building for the future but how can you do that when you keep selling your top prospects/players.

We've sold and continued to bring in better, Maybe the club knows the value of certain players and felt they could do better?

We have to get some consistency ( (c) Scott Murrell) into our game if we are to do anything this season. Beyond this season will be largely reliant on our ability to retain Campese & Kelly. They will both have plenty of offers, which is amazing when you consider that they are a pair of crocks.

I will say that the 4 home games this season have provided more entertainment than the previous 2 seasons combined. I'm enjoying going to Craven Park again at the moment, it had become a chore under Sandercock. To think, some wanted us to keep him!

According to Chris Chester in the HDM, rovers are quite far down the line regarding tying Campese down to a new contract.

Mullan is a muppet, I don't trust a word he says. Check out his player ratings, all of 20 seconds worth of thought went into them.
