If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Very magnanimous. Thanks.

I think that opening try came off a couple of actions that have been as rare as hen's teeth this season. Namely a Dane Tilse offload in contact and a supported line break from the much underutilised Ken Sio. A training ground rehearsed move apparently according to interim head coach Webster post match. It did lay down a marker for our intent and tempo from the get go.

It looked very much off the training ground.

I know you're one of the "Tilse Is Rubbish" gang but he looks for the offload all the time, the problem is, no one is backing up.

His game is and always has been based on staying upright in contact and looking to get the ball away. Getting his six foot seven frame up and above the initial contact to allow free arms.

I think he is genuinely trying to add to his game due to the deficiency's of his team mates, so he's trying and actually succeeding in making hard yards.

Everyone needs to get off his back.

We (Cas) were shocking. That's a bad as performance I've seen from a Powell Cas side.
Credit to you lot. You got us from the get go. Out paced, enthused and out gunned us in every department. Not as many fans as you normally bring but very vocal and loud. Good luck for the rest of the season

We haven't had a lot to shout about squire, I thought you were decent from minutes fifteen to twenty five, but yes, it was a very bad Cas performance. I do think credit is due to Rovers for our energy and endeavour.

Fair play for coming on here and commenting.

Well obviously it must have been poor opposition. That's the only reason we've won any games since 2007.

Aye that's understandable especially after the Oldham game last week but still a decent ish following. Everything you did seemed to come off. Definately the better team and an impressive performance from your men.

Get your facts straight you Avian gormclops.

If you look back at my posts, I have not really ever dissed Tilse until the last 2 home drubbings, but have certainly dished out a fair amount of justified criticism over the months in Dixon's direction. Tilse has been steady this season rather than spectacular, but I remember his first stint against Saints at home this season, where he looked class. He could do more minutes, but Dixon is too big a risk at SL level.

Don't need a grovelling apology, but will accept a commitment from you to refrain from consistent objection to French John being referred to as French John by esteemed colleagues on here for the next 2 weeks at least. Thanks in anticipation. :thumb:

You were doing alright until you mentioned the "O" game, we actually bombed a few and started to think we were The Harlem Globetrotter's at one point (which is a major failing of ours), next you'll be talking Hickson sponsored shirts and Jamie "Fecking" Sandie!

Great atmosphere daren't Lane today as always, thanks for the hospitality.

Proper rubgy afternoon.

I'm talking to Bavaria Crown Tiger at the moment, if you don't mind, you Public House loud mouth estate agent type with red braces that's had one too may glasses of North Yorkshire cellered glasses of Pol Roger Winston Churchill.

"Dissed".

"Dissed".

Really?

Did you brush your Farah's to a sheen when you employed such youthful parlance?
