This season has been a disaster & can't end soon enough. But I still trust Hudge. I remember the days before he arrived only too well. I suspect a lot of our most impatient fans can't.

Personally not convinced by Peacock, Surley he was involved in pre season and recruitment. Seems to have lots of other business interests and had now just accepted the England job.

He must have been involved with the signing of the lads from Leeds, but not having inner working knowledge of the club, I cannot comment or make assumptions to his level of involvement during the preseason or for any of the other recruitment.

I do however believe in the decision made by Neil and Rob to take a step away from the on field running of the club and appoint Peacock to take on this responsibility, so that they can concentrate on the business side more. In theory this should workout better for the long time future of the club, only time and hindsight will show if they recruited the right man. As for his involvement with the England set up, I think that can only be a positive for Rovers.

He seems like a level headed chairman/CEO who says it how it is IMO

I also believe that things are magnified for you HKR fans when FC are doing well and vice versa

It doesn't matter to me how Hull are doing I'm more concerned about my own team and its predicament I must say Hulls board has got really boring since they started doing well :D

Nice way to speak about fans : "Especially by the handful of empty vessels who have done nothing constructive other than throw out gratuitous insults. My message to them is that the jobs yours any time you want it, but I'm sure you won't, as you haven't the balls to do it"

Nothing to do with balls though, just a lack of cash. rovers' biggest problem in recent years is that you've put mike smith in a position of influence which is why you've had a string of rubbish coaches and had your legs lifted by any agent looking to place either injury prone or bang average players somewhere at an inflated price. At least he's tried to break the cycle by appointing peacock but who knows how that will turn out. I can see peacock leaving when a better offer comes along.

As for hudge, he is a whining little get and should stop slagging off the people who faithfully support your club and reduce the amount he has to stump up each year. Classic example of little man syndrome. I bet he was bullied at school

I agree, that comment is a smokescreen. if you were sat comfortably in 6th, none of you would care that we are in top spot. It's the fact that, yet again, you're in the relegation battle that frustrates fans.

From his comments, it doesn't sound like macnamara is your new coach. Maybe wayne bennett really is coming?

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

Two and a half years ago I asked Remington Mike (one "M") what he was about, face to face.

He emailed me the day after to say he'd never received the emails that I'd sent.

My MP, who absolutely hates me and knows I'll never vote for him at least has the good grace to tell me to feck off every once in a while.
