Mr Tilse retired and going back home..took lots of stick whilst others seemed to be Teflon covered and got away with going missing.good solid prop for me and always seemed to try.rumoured to be on big wedge which I think was why some expected more?bad timing so close to season but could maybe take on2/3 proven championship players who have potential to go higher?

Posted at same time as another thread on same topic..merge please...was surprised when he re signed as after MPG he told me he was done with UK.

Always been a critic of his defending ability or lack of it and his almost non existant offloads. But after a pay cut and moving down to a more suitable division for his abilities and under a truly professional coach I was going to give him some slack.

Can't say I'm overly disappointed although the timing is far from great with 4 weeks to go to the start of the season. Still, more space on the salary cap.

Another homesick Aussie drops Hull KR in the brown doodoo at the eleventh hour. Well that's a new one.

Better than many of his critics within the club gave him credit for, but a major notch down from Weyman. Wish him well, but he frees up a major opportunity for us and a quota spot, maybe not in the short term but certainly down the line this season.

I wouldn't believe anything Westermorland writes, if you can sign Sidlow, then you have a better player, who is quota and probably on less money.
