Cheers..I'm not as certain we will get promotion but either way with it being HKR we will do it the hard way and put the fans through the mill again

That rumour won't go away.Hope it's true although I'd prefer to go up through on field means.Giving Carney and Maguire contracts makes me think the board may know we will be in Superleague whatever happens next 2 month?

The BBC's site suggests that Maguire joining you is subject to you gaining promotion.

Reminds me of when Hull signed Sean Long, Hull got 22 games out of long before his body packed up. How many do you reckon Maquire will play?

There's a element of risk, there always is. But 'sure things only' isn't an option.

A lot of our gambles blew up badly in out later SL years, but we have to keep rolling the dice, or we'd have no players eventually.
