The RFL have a 'club locator' on their website, although I'm not sure how up to date it is.

Good on you for trying to set something up. There was a guy on here a couple of years back starting a club (North Leeds Leopards?), so he may be able to offer you some advice - can't remember his username though  |

That was me. North Leeds Leopards are now 3 yrs old and going from strength to strenth. Entered an U12 team last year who won the Division 5 Yorkshire Junior League and in 2013 will be entering U13 + U11 teams. Website below...

I understand a club was attempted to be launched last year in the Seacroft area called Gipton Gladiators. Not sure how they are getting on as no information on the website.
