Now we've seen all of the new recruits for 2011 in a Bulls shirt, I'll ask the question "Which Of The Newly Recruited Players Has Impressed You The Most" ?

I voted for those that impressed me more than I expected. I am not unimpressed with any of them. Maybe a better thread title would be "who has impressed you more than you expected?"

I agree, none of the new signings have been a let down and all have had there stand out parts so far. I went for Ah Van (for obvious reasons) Sibbit, I backed him to be a good signing from the beginning but has pushed his way in
Front of a few others and Diskin, he can be the England number 9 again, ok may have lost a bit of pace but he knows a trick or two that can be so influential to us this year.

All have impressed in one way or another but it's Briggs for me, closely followed by Ah Van. I love watching Briggs play, he's just a natural talent and is hopefully going to be a joy to watch this year.

I also championed Briggs to be our 6 and one of our standout players. He was a little quiet yesterday but didn't get alot of ball, but when he did! Boy! He was a different class! Can't wait to see him with a good month/2 months full time training under his belt!

Chev walker is my vote. Hes looked solid since the start. Could be a bargain buy. To be fair though all of the new signings have impressed.

We could all pick someone different as Potter has seemingly got the whole squad fired up and wanting to play and we have a great strength in depth which breads confidence I players to perform week in week out!

All of them have impressed me, but my top 3 are Briggs, Ah Van, Elima.

The problem is only being able to pick three

All but Ainscough and Royston.

Voted for Ah Van, Sibbit and Diskin though.

Surprised more haven't gone for Elima. He looks quality to me.


This is what I expected from Hall when they desribed him as 'a hard working, no nonsense backrower'. Elima tackles anything & everything, his tackles are brutal and he makes quality metres. A backrow of Elima, Whitehead Langley is a very very good one imo.
