What's happened to Jason Crookes? He played for FC early in the season and I've not heard mention of him since. Injured or not needed?

Last time I saw him play for Hull on Sky (Can't remember who it was against, only that Hull lost) he had a shocker, not sure if that was a one off or he's just not generally been in good form this season though.

I believe he isn't injured, just not getting near first team due to Linehan and Briscoe ahead in Pecking order. Same goes for Arundel too - but I think his defence is a liability this year.

If briscoe does leave, as seems likely it will be interesting to see if Crookes gets chance then or if they try go big money instead

Crookes has Lulia to thank for his Hull deal. He was never going to shine outside of Kirk 'it's my ball' Yeaman.

I have a high opinion of plenty. Jason Crookes is not one of them however.

The thing with Crookes is he was always only getting 1 years at the Bulls. That was clearly because the coaching team saw there was a spark of potential but it never seemed to come out. He was then paired with a good centre and Hull take an interest. Lucky for him because I'm not sure he'd have gotten a further deal under Cummins as one of the first things he did was clear a lot of what could be called dead wood in terms of players.

Foster for Crookes was pretty dope as it turned out. Foster twice the player.

I agree Foster does add more to the whole team in general. I just wish he was a bit quicker! For a winger his pace is awful.
