Someone on the sin bin forum has just said, unconfirmed reports is that ex Workington Town player Gary Purdham has been killed.

Sounds like he's turned the gun on himself, they have found his body.

Pity he didn't just do that this morning instead of taking innocent lives

Unfortunately, after the horrors of Hungerford and Dunblane, we STILL have nutters with access to guns. I thought these were outlawed after the latter.

Seriously, it's about time people started going to jail for possession of guns/knives. No more pussyfooting around
