We have nearly four hundred members hence why Ive requested the info from the touchdown club rather then contact all these , Im still awaiting the names, Ive been contacted by the Touchdown Club this this morning and hopefully the list will follow very soon, so we can update our records.
2 members have contacted me, so I know who they are but the rest I haven't a clue who they are.
When running a coach for example LISA members gets discount I check the list of names on the coach to make sure they are members, how can I do this If I dont have a correct list of members?

Let's simplify this. Each Silver TD membership includes £5 for Lisa membership. Therefore the TD club should send the membership money ie Number of members x £5 plus a list of names. It doesn't matter to TD club who is already a member. That's for Lisa to reconcile to keep an uptodate list of members which is done monthly.
