Paul McShane has been awarded the man of steel, shows that the 3 point voting system doesn’t work and hopefully it will change moving forward. Unless someone is exceptional I don’t see anyone winning it from a team
finishing in the top 2. I like McShane but he’s not been close to being the best player in the comp, I can think of a few just at Wigan who are more deserving.

Its not hard to stand out at Castleford. Not much competition really so guaranteed points every week. Hes not even best hooker in the league .
