Hi,
Does anyone know of any good website that allow you to build your own website or do the design for you. Obviously the cheaper the better but still a professional looking site is required.

It really depends on what you want to do with the site. If it is just for information purposes then it is easy to set up a basic but nice looking site.
If you are looking to sell things through a shopping cart then something like fusion or similar CMS systems would suit you better.
If you want professional looking you also need to get your own domain name rather than a cheap free site.
