Whats a 'wako-ward'? If you are referring to the place where people who are unfortunate enough to suffer from a form of mental illness go for treatment and therapy for their problems, its actually called a 'Mental Health-ward'. Paul Whatuira suffered/suffers from a mental illness, thats why he was sent there. Would you say he was 'wako'? |
