Anybody in the queue? How long is it?

Queing on't phone and i'm currently number 8 in the que.

I'm in position 2, and have been for about six or seven minutes.

I am in position 2 and have been since 9.00am on the dot! ....have just e-mailed Mick Hogan!

Barrow took me 1 1/2 hours to get through!!

Position 5 now, so the que is moving, but obviously not very fast!

I'm position one.

I was in third position 20 minutes ago.

Just got through!

How does that work?

I'm still in position one?

Maybe it depends on which extension number you've opted for??

I know! thats what gets me annoyed, there is obviously something wrong with the telephone queueing system! I dont actually mind waiting 20 minutes to get through but please dont take the pi$$ and tell me I am number 2 for 20 minutes!!... then I went straight from 2 to be served!!

I e-mailed the club last time and did get a call from Mick Hogan and explained the problem and he said he would investigate, obviously no improvement!!

Still hey got my tickets!! I am a happy person! Roll on the 8th August!!

Luckily, I got through and got very good service as per usual.



I think they just need extra staff on days like this.

Well, the missus went down at 8am and there were only 20 in front of her.. i got there at 9.02am and it took me a whole 5 minutes to get served



To be honest, I am disappointed at how few people are in the queue !

If its not a late surge or steady stream then I am beginning to think that Widnes was the right choice after all.
