Apparently he's not fluent; he's been filmed saying "Je m'appelle Mitt Romney", which is enough to prove to Newt and his fellow academicals that he's a dangerous man. Previously he was only accused of "looking French".
We nearly moved to the USA recently; I am pretty glad we did not.
