She's currently scrabbling to distance herself from the business-friendly FDP, her junior coalition partner.

Indeed.
As it stands he can waffle about "stifling business", "red tape", "faceless bureaucrats" etc ... and the Bill Cash tendency will just lap it up as long as they think it's one small step closer to leaving the EU.
