They had that Tory expense fiddler Lord HankyInHisPocket on Newsnight last night saying how Huhne should just sink to the level of the other inmates and he'll be fine.

Given the way he drew the whole thing out instead of a discount I think he should have paid a premium!

His attempts to get off seem to me far worse than what she did and as such I think she can feel slightly aggrieved at being given the same sentence as him. Pleading guilty at the 11th hour should have got him very little credit at all. Maybe a month off is small credit but if so 9 months wasn't long enough in the first place IMO.
