Vietnam. Did anyone spot that announcement?

Interesting choice helping those red commie lovers etc etc. Also consider that Russia and Japan are already involved in nuclear energy in that country and China is involved there also.

All part of the "keep an eye on china" policies that have happened over the last few years.

It's just a natural progression after what the Monsanto Corporation and Dow Chemical manufactured and provided for Vietnam during the 60's.

The world has moved on since 1975. There has been US trade with, and investment in, Vietnam for a good while.
