I have a full time position available within my commercial team.

Ideally I am looking a younger person with some energy and desire to learn looking for start on the job ladder.

The job is based in Bradford - hours are normal office hours with flexible start and finish times.

Not really, its not a job advertisement is it and its not an absolute requirement either, I'm sure he'd take me on if I offered

As daft as this sounds, it's age discrimination.

If an 'older' person applied for the job and didn't get it, then found out that a kid straight out of school had got it, the older person could make an Employment Tribunal claim.

The burden then shifts to Sal (or her real-life alter-ego) to prove that it was not age discrimination. The advert is pretty damning evidence against him / her.
