You really don't know? It's how the American system works. A similar system that gave ukip 4 seats in 2010(i think) for 4 million votes and the snp 50 odd seats for just over 2 million. But win it he did under the USA rules.

It's quite ironic the best voting system is for MEP's.

But it wouldn’t be if we adopted the same system we use for European Parliament. More representative to voting percentage.

But you would need 51% of the vote to have control. Like I said permanent hung parliaments.

I admire the fact that he’s trying to do what he said he would, he was voted in and every man and his dog are doing everything they can to bring him down. I also admire his resilience. I can find nothing to admire, even grudgingly, about Trump; he's a failed businessman who has been bankrupt multiple times - and even managed to lose money on a casino; he's politically dumb, thin-skinned, mean-spirited and a racist misogynist, with no respect for anyone other than the Fox News stenographers who say nice things about him. A despicable individual, and it shames us that he was given a state visit.

I can only hope that he's impeached, and that the US recovers from his presidency; although like Brexit here, he has managed to divide the nation, and that will take a lot of fixing.
