In a delicious piece of irony, Apprentice winner Stella English is taking Lord Sugar to the tribunal, claiming constructive dismissal. She said her boss Bordan Tkachuk looked at her with "contempt" on her first day and said: "There is no job." According to her evidence, she was just an overpaid lackey, and the promised top job with Shugsy that she'd dreamed of was actually just smoke and mirrors.
