He is the same person who arrested the authors of this book and tried to charge them with being serial killers solely on the grounds that because they were writing a book and knew so much about the case that they must be the killers No matter how much you would suspect a certain person the failings in investigations, poor quality collection of forensic evidence, not following up leads and corruption make it highly unlikely you can get a conviction beyond reasonable doubt( certainly not the standard of proof in the UK). Whilst Knox is an oddball who happened to like tutti frutti rather than Vanilla in the bedroom she is slated for it and that was used to smear her. Couples being murdered in cars/the 1970's!!!! I am reading Zodiac unmasked at the moment and this sounds similar.It will be right up my alley. cheers

Not picking on you directly but the succession of posts didn't take very long from a starting point of technical legal thoughts and queries to "She looks fit and she's into kinky sex and I wouldn't mind having some".

Fair enough but quite fancying doing the dirty with her is not in anyway related to her innocence or otherwise.

Well she doesn't have to be present for the new trial and any extradition proceedings would be down to the US's compliance which would probably be fairly doubtful.

Perhaps the Italian's should go down the extraordinary renditon path if she's found guilty?
