That "binders full of women" thing was hilarious. And a typical take-away moment from a debate - we know what he meant but in saying it in quite the way he did it appeared to reveal something about Romney.
It also though shows that debates are a fundamentally flawed way of making your decisions on such things. Is the best way to determine who is Commander in Chief seeing who can avoid making a minor, off the cuff speaking error, who can remember to sit there with a pleasant neutral look on their face rather than down at their notes whilst the other person speaks, who doesn't check his watch to see how much of his alloted time he has left?
