As for your quote on benefits, you conveniently didn't quote the figure for underpayments which iirc is a bit more than overpayments. (I too have the same document but not to hand)
Are you not aware of the 32 suicides a week due to benefit cuts or do you simply not care?
If people are so weak that they wish to commit suicide then that's their decision.

If you honestly think that ANYONE in the UK can claim true poverty, then I suggest you visit SE Asia, Africa or South America. There you will see TRUE poverty.
Frankly the attitude of many in the UK is nothing short of pathetic.
