Have you ever experienced the "real world"? I suspect not.

If you honestly think that ANYONE in the UK can claim true poverty, then I suggest you visit SE Asia, Africa or South America. There you will see TRUE poverty.

Frankly the attitude of many in the UK is nothing short of pathetic.

See, the attitude and real character of a person surfaces eventually.

I would look for inefficiency first. Look at the back office/admin staff. I understand the need for equity, but must we staff our local authorities with people with an IQ of less than 100?

Cut the waste, employ decent people. There are enough on the dole atm.

You see, thats exactly the sort of generalisation that I asked you not to indulge in earlier - who are these admin or "back office" staff who are doing nothing all day long and drawing wages of £60k and do you really thin that they exist outside of your imagination ?

The truth is that your attitude is showing through now - admin staff drawing high wages for nothing with an IQ of less than 100 ?

And why would you "cut the waste, employ decent people" surely if these jobs are not required then you wouldn't need to fill them again after you'd got rid of the £60k, less than 100 IQ wasters ?

Then of course there is the efficient spending of money. Instead of building pointless "speed bumps" and ridiculous roundabouts, errecting silly signs that no-one cares about, then whinging about "Government cuts", maybe spend the money on things such as refuse collection, street cleaning and lighting?

Pointless speed bumps
Ridiculous roundabouts
Silly signs

Did you not follow the link?

That position was advertised paying £60k.

As for cutting jobs, well tbh from my experience, you could cull half the jobs in local authorities quite easily. Replace them with hard working people from the private sector and away you go.

However, I see the usual left wing clique has formed and no doubt will give itself a large pat on the back as ultimately those who debate to the contrary get bored and post elsewhere.......

Nor would I expect you to.

However, it does render your £3500 p.a. figure meaningless wouldn't you agree?

It certainly is my character.

If someone in the UK thinks they are affected by poverty to the extent that they want to commit suicide then that's their issue.

There are NO people in the UK who experience real poverty (unless you define poverty as not being to be able to afford the Movies as well as Sports on Sky)

Compare the whinging scroungers in the UK to people around the world in REAL poverty (who often do not complain at all in my experience) and I rest my case.

A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself.

When you rescue a dog, you gain a heart for life.

Handle every situation like a dog. If you can't Eat it or Chew it. Pee on it and Walk Away.

Why is it meaningless? My point is you said you would revise public sector pensions and I was pointing out they are not as good as you think so by cutting them you would put more people in poverty but thats your typical tory tack anyway.

You still haven't given us the figures for benefit underpayments yet either like I asked. Again typical tories, half truths and spin.

Unfortunately, the job you are looking for is no longer being advertised.

Have you discovered how much wasteful labour spending there was yet? Or are you just going to spout more reactionary Daily Mail headlines whilst knowing f all about it?

I'm willing to accept people have different views on how a country should be run, I don't agree with them but accept people have different views. You, however, are just heartless, thoughtless scum. The fact you categorically state there are no people in poverty in the UK and your comments on suicide and disability shows all that anyone needs to know about you.

Oh deary deary me.

It's meaningless since without knowing what his salary was, we cannot ascertain the relative worth of the pensionable earnings that you quoted.

I'm sorry but I can't make it any clearer.

Oh and for the record I haven't disclosed if and who I support politically.
