I only wanted to promote my campign, not get dragged into a debate.

Then you probably shouldn't have used a message board which exists primarily as a space for people to debate (or at least argue)

I'm not surprised kirkstaller has run away to hide.

When it comes to this thread, he wants to tell people what to think. Because gay marriage is evil, god told him so, these people will all burn in hell and we must stop them

But if the boot were on the other foot? Last November on substandard, there was a thread about the Rhinos involvement to tackle homophobia in rugby league. What do you think kirkstaller made of that?

People are free to believe whatever they want. I really do hope that the club is not going to enforce the 21st Century, politically correct dogma of telling people what to think.

Kirkstaller can tell you what to think. You can't tell him. People are free to believe whatever they want. As long it is not something kirkstaller decrees his god has verboten.

If you really want to promote something, you need to be able to argue for it coherently and not simply run away when the going gets a little difficult. You need to put a case forward to win an argument.

Why? Socialists don't. When it comes down to it they just "know" they are right and get all emotional and aggressive when challenged.

At the end of the day, some people think gay marriage is OK and others don't. Why bully the latter? Is it insecurity?
