Can you share with us why you think this proves anything about us vs France, least of all us being "swamped"?

It shows that the EU in general and France in particular are "passing on" failed asylum seekers. It shows that we are more (too) generous with our asylum criteria. And can you imagine the uproar from the hand wringers here if we put them in tents like the French?
