i was caught out last year at the bolivian-peru border. the guard took one look at my passport, looked at me tore the corner of it and then tossed it back to me and said im not coming in, i nearly sh*t myself. he told me to go back to le paz and get a new passport as this one was fake or something along those lines. my bus i was travelling on had already crossed the border into peru. brown pants times. i had a saving grace in a argentian girl who argued my case, she told me he wants 100 dollars us, i had 20 peso or something to buy a coke with. she then pays the bribe and we go on our way with the stamp in my passport. ive never wanted to kill someone as much in my life.
