There were comments about Cod'ead's post being 'off topic' and then about it being 'a threat'.
It was entirely on topic. He had been asked what he would do (in power). He responded directly to that question.
Just because you didn't like the answer doesn't mean it was 'off topic'.
And if you think it was a credible threat, then you need to seek help.
