But the difference is no-one is moaning at the foreign companies, they're moaning at the UK government that give the contracts to foreign and not British companies

It was by chance. It came back to mind when posting on a topic today and I used it then. Then I had a think and being an idiot with internet access finally managed to track the topic down and found I'd got the wrong person. Had to edit the other post but karma is karma.
