The foreskin rolls right back over the glans, it certainly doesn't prevent it blooming to its full potential, and losing it doesn't free up your Johnson to grow a little more!

After a quick spot of googling the only study I could find into this delicate matter was by Assistant Clinical Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Dr. Christopher Fletcher, who actually found that the adult penis of men circumcised as children is 8mm (3/8″) shorter than those who are uncircumcised. So there.
I doubt there is any difference whatsoever. If anything, removing the foreskin would make the tip of the shaft a little narrower when erect.
