No, to compare with the Abu Hamza case, I'd still be in Iceland and would be arrested there and should face trial there.
If I passed through UK, arrest me, fair enough.
But, in this case, Abu Hamza is being extradited to be charged with something that would be illegal here too.
Hence, IMHO, he should be tried here.
