No, to compare with the Abu Hamza case, I'd still be in Iceland and would be arrested there and should face trial there.
If I passed through UK, arrest me, fair enough.

But, in this case, Abu Hamza is being extradited to be charged with something that would be illegal here too.
Hence, IMHO, he should be tried here.

It took you a month to come up with that? Hmm. But still wrong. I think you must have forgotten that AH was indeed prosecuted, convicted and jailed by the courts in the UK. The US wants him for other offences which are their business, including alleged offences re the setting up of a terrorist training camp in Oregon which, according to Google Maps, is currently not in the UK. A fact it has in common with Mr. Hamza.
