Nothing worse than those on here patronising people and pretending they're on some kind of elevated cultural plain because they pretend they don't get any feelings of anger from seeing things like this happen. As one or two have already mentioned, you'd soon change your tune when one of your family was brutally murdered.
Horrible. Quite how you fix this kind of stuff is beyond me. Black Londeners pretending to be Muslim and killing British soldiers? Quite how people end up in such a bad place that that is seen as a way forward is beyond me.

The way forward is a return to personal responsibility. The thing that made Britain the place it once was. These people who always make victims and causes out of wrongdoers are the problem and wholly to blame. We need to go back to a clear sense of right and wrong. People who are righteous should be looked after and rewarded and those who are wrongdoers should be dealt with harshly by the justice system. It's simple.
The way forward is a return to personal responsibility.
Agreed.
Most are aware of their 'rights', far fewer are aware of their responsibilities.
Also, you can pretty much guarantee that, in the coming days, some left-leaning hack will try and justify the attack as disgruntled youths who are vexed at British involvement in Afghanistan and who didn't get enough love as a sprog.

I have to say the whole thing seems very odd to me.
The woman sitting near to the body, the casualness of the attackers, them hanging around for twenty minutes for the police to arrive. hard to get your head around this one,
It does. What gets me is how many people are just milling around, having a look, talking to the attackers. They were apparently boasting about what they'd done, whilst covered in blood and carrying knives and other weapons? Yet no one there seemed scared and were stood round talking and even approaching the body on the floor. The attackers seemed very calm and happy, yet when the Police arrived they apparently attacked them too and had to be shot.
I know shock does a lot of things, but in that instance, I'd be thinking of scarpering first before getting my phone out, discussing it with the attackers or checking out the bodies.

But surely if they believed the rubbish they were spouting and they were "terrorists" their approach was spot on -maximum terror, maximum publicity and the possibility of a big trial to gain further coverage and be a focal point for more trouble.

I'll be honest I am angry. I'm angry that this has happened, I'm angry that an innocent guy who was just stood there has been brutally run down and hacked to pieces, I'm angry for his family but I temper that against the fact that I am better than the nut cases who have done this.
