Lou-Lou's brother has asked Fran out on a date although she used to sleep with Alex.

A third series has been commissioned along with a Christmas special so you're gonna be able to carry on boring us telling all that don't want to know how much you enjoy it.

I watched a re run of "murder on the links" today via itv player. (Hercule Poirot) supposedly set in 1936 as evidenced by banners heralding the 1936 Deauville cycle race. Imagine how disappointed I was when I saw a calendar in the police office displaying the days date as Wednesday 18th may. Hmmm I thought I don't think the 18th of may was a Wednesday in 1936. I checked and the Wednesdays in may 1936 were, 6, 13, 20 & 27. Too, too shoddy. My brother was born on a Wednesday in may in the year 1966.

I hope you never watch Airplane then

[iGremlins[/i on later, and we sat and relished [iThe Ladykillers[/i earlier – still my absolute favourite Ealing comedy. IIRC, [iThe Titfield Thunderbolt[/i is on at around 7pm on BBC2.

Instead of watching childrens TV I've been watching That's RL 1960s, 1970s and 1980s on that well know video sharing website. Some great action from some great players, just a shame there wasn't more!

Not that I mind carols – I can enjoy them every bit as much as I can a decent requiem mass.

Anybody else see Vic & Bob's new sitcom offering last night?

I found it fairly amusing.

No but I did watch a full episode of 'Till Death Us Do Part" from the series where Dandy Nicholls was very ill and was written out of those episodes with a storyline that she was visiting her sister in Australia.



Very funny comedy of the sort that you just do not see anymore, very sharp, precise script writing with a critical political twist but also very funny.



Its on that You-thing and its the episode where they watch one of the Ali-Frazier fights, this type of program may not be good for you if you apply todays morals to everything as it refers to skin colour an awful lot.

I like it. Bunch of mentalists but fooking funny.

I watched it for the first time last night - completely barmy but I laughed throughout it, surreal comedy at its best in the way that "Big Night Out" also was, the scene with them trying to keep quiet in the kitchen was superb.



The true test of any decent comedy is if my wife laughs or turns it off, if she laughs at something then its got to be rubbish, if she turns it off then its worth watching, she refuses to even turn on anything to do with Vic Reeves so its a sure bet right from the start.
