But the bible has been translated, re-written, translated again and made to fit with so many peoples bias views (King James being the latest) how do you know that is the word of god or what was originally meant?

Seeing as there are no references within the quote to teaching, leading or conducting services then the only interpretation is to take it at face value. In other words, women are supposed to STFU when they are in church.

So let me get this straight....God is happy for me as a woman, to spread the good news far and wide, to teach the word to all who'll listen, but as a woman God is not happy for me to spread the good news and teach the word in a Church?
