And by avoiding do you actually mean not conceding my own position?

No, by avoiding he means not supporting your position with facts, sound reasoning or logical argument. He means referring to a centuries old work of fiction or that ridiculous website as your only source of information. He means disappearing every time someone forensically destroys your paper-thin arguments and giving the stock answer of "we can't question God" every time there's something too difficult for you to answer.

If you're trolling, you're doing a good job. If you're not, you are, as FA so rightly pointed out, breath-takingly stupid and wholly unpleasant.

The thing is, you've made the mistake of assuming that the Bible states that no woman should have spiritual teaching authority over a man because she is not capable of such a role. Quite the contrary, the Bible tells us that there are many great women teachers and evangelists (see Acts 18 and Romans 16:1).

It is not a question of ability. It is simply God's structure for his church. Please don't take offence at it.

It hadn't struck me before, but looking at his thread on the Leeds board, I suddenly realised the hatred: the self hatred and the hatred for every other human being.
