Response from them ,well we might leave in name only but we will still be in the eu in real terms. Recent events have proved them right.
You can check out any time you like but you can never leave.
Unfortunately it's not because of nefarious sabotage of the referendum results, but countries have to be part of one of the large blocs to have any chance and we just have to remain close enough to the EU's orbit to have any hope of avoiding a recession or worse and permanently damaging everyone's economic future.
