happy Brexit DAY Cronus, I hope that today brings everything that you wanted / expected.
It feels like we've been cut adrift, albeit by the hand of one of our own.

Where we'll end up, nobody knows. However, today, everything is good - plenty of food and water and we hope to find the promised land soon- hopefully before supplies run out :D

We will soon find out just how much the EU needs the UK. It has to be said that IF we manage to secure a full Free Trade Arrangement, without any form of contribution, our negotiators will indeed have done a fine job.
However, if we end up on WTO terms at the end of December, it's fair to say that we will have been "sold a pup" and an incontinent one at that.

What many refuse to accept, that it is not in our gift a free trade deal, it is entirely up to the EU. Why would they give us such a benefit because they do not want other countries to believe it is an advantage to leave.
The only plus is that I hope never to see the smug Farage and whichever party he is associated with just being a complete embarrassment waving his little union flag. He is now off to the USA to help another pathological liar Trump to seek re-election.
I did expect that the news would report yesterday that the USA representative confirmed that the US farmers would insist on their goods being included in any deal contrary to what our government indicated would be the case.
I hope it is a success because it will not be the old or wealthy that will suffer the most if it is not.

He will remain smug whilst ever he is breathing.
Farage is the type of guy who is never wrong and even if the very things that he advocates turn pear shaped, he will always find someone to blame.

And regarding a FTA, you are absolutely right
