Has anyone had any issues with them? We've used them for years and never had a problem, but we booked a few days away in Liverpool in February back in September but when I went on their website it's now saying the new hotel doesn't open until March! (Was originally supposed to open in October!) I tried to ring them lastnight and spoke to a very rude customer services guy who just kept repeating that we would be told shortly before and moved to a hotel a few miles away and then hung up on me! Well, now we have a problem cos we're going on train so it would mean public transport changes etc plus we can't book our train tickets in advance and get them cheaper in case we have to cancel. Because it was not a flexible booking we can't cancel online at the moment and there are no other contact numbers other than the one I rang.
