Alreet, Just getting back into the gym and i have downloaded the Strong lfts 5x5 app. its pretty good but there is only 6 excercises with a gradual increase each session.As a former rugby player, I only know certain weight movements in the gym.
Does anyone know of any other decent apps for strength conditioning and endurance.
