Just over a year ago I put a message on your message board stating that I had almost finished writing my fifth novel. I also mentioned that one of the main characters right from the start of the series which begins in 1962/63 was the young girl Thelma, born in Tonyrefail, brought up in a home in Cardiff and who drifts north just before the onset of that terrible winter. Well that fifth novel has now been published. It is called "Two Seasons" , partly because it is set in 2002 and 2003 and continuing with a Welsh connection, there is a chapter titled The Girl From Wrexham. Among other chapter titles are A Tale from Knowsley Road, A Day out In Wigan, A Day On The M62, Listening to Eddie and Stevo along with Canteen Talk, "The Spoilt Papers Might Win It", "I was born in Barcelona" and E-Mails From Amsterdam. "Two Seasons" can be ordered at any good book shop or slightly cheaper from the publisher London League Publications at http://www.llpshop.co.uk
